Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid for services rendered by Spine Mantra are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once payment is made for our services, it cannot be refunded or adjusted, regardless of the circumstances.
This policy applies to all payments made for consultations, treatments, therapies, programs, workshops, and any other services offered by Spine Mantra.
No Refunds for Unused Portions
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of services, including but not limited to missed appointments, unused treatment sessions, or any other unused services.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and utilizing services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing advance notice to Spine Mantra.
We require at least 48 Hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
In rare cases of documented billing errors or unauthorized charges, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Spine Mantra.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
