We will conduct the first round of interviews after the initial discussion is completed. The discussion is conducted both online and offline. Candidates can choose any of the convenient modes. The initial interview will be short, and we will discuss general things. We have an onboarding team who will check your skills and knowledge in this subject and give you marks. We follow transparency and ethics during the assessment by conducting thorough assessments and clear communication to align with our commitment to excellence in physiotherapy.
During the initial discussion, we discussed the basic things with the candidate. We asked them about their career development and why they wanted to join our company. We also discussed their interest in the healthcare sector. In addition, we talked about your educational qualifications in physiotherapy, family background, journey, the additional certification skills you have acquired before, and more.
Next, to move to the next phase, the candidates have to undergo a written test. In this phase, we test the skills and knowledge of the candidate in the specific field. After the candidate succeeds in the written test, they will move to the next interview phase. However, in this phase, you will go through 2 types of questions: objective & subjective type in your respective field. Candidates are advised to cover most of the questions to secure your seat.
In the main written exam, the majority of the questions will be specific to the job role you are applying. The questions will also test your skills, knowledge, and ability to handle complex situations. Overall, the paper will cover general topics. The paper is held in online mode. Some questions are objective, whereas some are theoretical questions.
There are usually 2 rounds for Subject Matter Ability tests. In round 1, we will test the candidates' technical skills, experience, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills. We will analyze the candidate's interview and technical skill test scores together to make a final decision. Apart from them, we also consider the time they take to solve a question and their professionalism.
In the Subject Matter Ability Test 2, we will test soft skills and other abilities to evaluate whether the candidate is eligible for the job role. The interview round will include specific skills tests and job simulation tests. Our dedicated experts will ask you a few questions related to the subject and personal questions about family, education, journey, and reason to join us.
This is the screening step to ensure you are the right candidate for this position. The HR interview includes questions such as general information about previous positions and basic skills. You will also be asked about qualifications and salary expectations. They will ask a few questions to test your mental ability and the skills necessary in treating patients. Based on your performance, they will decide your position and designation.
In this round, we get to know the candidate better. We prioritize understanding the candidates personally. The questions will be mostly based on your personality and its development. We will also get to know your point of view on different scenarios. For this round, you have to be prepared because the experts will test your mental ability and the skills you have. If you are selected for this round, they will ask you to move to the next round.
The final offer comprises a brief description of the job post. We will discuss the expected hours and work location, tell you the expected start date, and give you a copy of the job description from the job posting. Remember, the final salary the company agreed to offer is based on your participation and performance in all the rounds and your previous experience. So, perform well if you want a hefty salary.
The final phase of the interview procedure involves releasing the offer. The employee onboarding process begins after the recruitment phase. The round includes offer acceptance, waiting period, and the day of joining. Once you get the joining letter, you can rest assured.
