About the Job: Spine Mantra is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multi-specialist team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic physiotherapy and expertise in the McKenzie Method.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize advanced physiotherapy techniques, including the McKenzie Method, to treat patients.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and interns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Skills Required:
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Orthopaedics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Certification and proficiency in the McKenzie Method.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
