1. Application Submission

The process begins with submitting an application through our website or by sending your CV to our recruitment team. Candidates are required to provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and professional background.

Shortlisted candidates are then contacted for further discussion.


2. Initial Discussion

Selected candidates participate in an introductory discussion, which may be conducted online or in person. This stage helps us understand the candidate’s academic background, clinical experience, and interest in working in a specialised spine rehabilitation environment.


3. Written Assessment

Candidates may be asked to appear for a written assessment to evaluate their professional knowledge and clinical reasoning. The assessment typically includes objective and descriptive questions related to the role.

Successful candidates proceed to the final interview stage.


4. Final Interview

In this stage, our clinical team evaluates the candidate’s technical knowledge, communication skills, and professional approach to patient care. We also discuss the candidate’s career goals and expectations from the role.


5. Induction and Orientation

Candidates who are selected receive a formal offer and begin the induction process. During this stage, new team members are introduced to:

  1. SpineMantra’s clinical philosophy

      2. Organisational policies and ethical standards

3. Patient care protocols and workflow

4. Team structure and responsibilities

This orientation helps new members understand our work culture and expectations.


6. Formal Joining

Once the induction process is completed, candidates officially join the organisation and begin their professional responsibilities. Necessary documentation and onboarding formalities are completed during this stage.
